Brand new single! Powerpop rock n roll! 'The Bang Session' is the title of the new EP single from Dfactor Dave, rock 'n roll singer-songwriter in Phoenix, AZ.

The single 'Girl on a Screen' is a power pop guitar banger, full of crunchy guitar hooks, winning melodies and fun lyrics. 'Girl on a Screen' clocks in at under 3 minutes, (as all good power pop singles should!). In its brevity, 'Girl on a Screen' tells the story of real (or imagined?) love and romance conducted over Snapchat screens.

'Girl on a Screen' is backed with (b/w) a smokin' version of the 1982 Mission of Burma classic song 'That's How I Escaped My Certain Fate' from that band's heralded 1982 LP "Vs".

'The Bang Session' EP recording session was fueled by Bang! vpxsports.com/bang/. It comes on the heels of Dfactor's June 2018 full-length release "Nostalgia for Now".

The single is a glimpse into Dfactor's current recording efforts for an upcoming Winter 2019 EP or LP. Plenty of songs are in demo stage, recordings to proceed over the autumn months.
